Economy minister calls for respect for Agrokor businesses abroad

Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Martina Dalić has commented that Agrokor’s companies in the region are paying their obligations, ensuring employment and taking care of their suppliers and that she expects neighbouring countries to continue to allow them to conduct their business normally and respect their ownership rights.

Vučić says Agrokor won’t syphon money out of its businesses in Serbia

Today a meeting was held in Belgrade, in which the relevant government ministers from Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro to discuss possible scenarios. At the beginning of it, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić said that Serbia would not allow Agrokor to syphon off money to the detriment of its businesses abroad.

Marić announces Petrokemija and Borovo’s recapitalization and privatization

The Minister for State Owned Assets Goran Marić today commented on the Petrokemija fertilizer and Borovo textile companies, both of which are struggling to stay afloat financially. Marić said they would undergo recapitalization and then be privatized by the Summer.
