Court rejects request to delay payment of INA arbitration costs

A Swiss federal court has rejected Croatia’s request to delay the implementation of a part of the Geneva arbitration court’s ruling concerning the payment of material costs arising from the arbitration proceedings between the Croatian state and the Hungarian oil group MOL in the INA case.

IMF revises Croatia’s GDP growth outlook for 2017

The International Monetary Fund has published its spring economic outlook according to which Croatia’s GDP should grow by 2.9 percent in 2017.
