State Owned Assets Minister Goran Marić said today that the recent ruling of the Swiss arbitration court, in which it rejected Croatia’s request to delay the payment of material costs arising from the arbitration proceedings between Croatia and the Hungarian oil group MOL, will not affect government’s plan to reacquire a controlling interest in INA.

Petrokemija and Borovo to be privatized this summer

State Owned Assets Minister Goran Marić announced today that the Petrokemija chemicals producer and the Borovo textile company, both of which are struggling to stay afloat, will be privatized this summer.
